Terms and Conditions
Customer will provide the necessary information to define the scope of work and the material content of the solutions.All quotes are only valid for the specific time denoted in writing on the proposal document.Customer will receive in writing a quote and proposal from STHAL LLC and it must be approved by Customer before any work on the solution starts.Customer understand when requested products and services specific to their solutions are needed will require a firm order and if applicable down payment.All purchase orders are final and if it includes materials, consumables or equipment, invoices are due before shipment to the installation premises. All invoices are due on Customer signing of the solution acceptance document described on the scope of work in the quote document.Customer will not use any part of the solution provided by STHAL LLC in any form or condition, it requires a written agreement and authorization from STHAL LLC before Customer usage.All IP on the solutions provided is the property of STHAL LLC and requires specific written agreement and authorization for its usage.All STHAL LLC products, algorithms and heuristics provided in the solution are to be used by the Customer only in the application provided by STHAL LLC and no other form of usage is implicit or explicitly authorized.Customer is solely responsible for the usage and application of STHAL LLC products and services outside the specifications provided by STHAL LLC.All warranties for products, software and hardware, used in the solution will be provided in writing according to the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy and Specifications.Payments should be made to STHAL LLC by check or credit card.
Privacy Policy
The information we request will only be used by STHAL LLC to design and deliver the business solution. We do not sell customer information.Customer solution could be delivered with cloud storage or for use in private networks or self contained as requested by the customer according to their specific conditions of information safe keeping.STHAL does not sell any of the information derived from the customer processes and operations.The solution content is STHAL LLC property, the solution information in its electronic or any other form form (including any attachments or addendums) may contain information that is privileged, confidential, and/or otherwise protected from disclosure to anyone other than its intended recipient(s). Any dissemination or use of the solution information or its contents (including any attachments or addendums) by persons other than the intended and authorized recipient(s) is strictly prohibited.
